Responsibilities
- Plan and execute laboratory experiments to support the scientific platform
- Design plasmids and expression constructs
- Perform nucleic acid amplification and purification
- Express, purify, and characterize proteins
- Measure protein binding using techniques such as SPR, ITC, or KinExa
- Conduct cell culture experiments, including cell line maintenance, transfection, and characterization
- Report experimental results clearly to the scientific team
Requirements
- A. or B.S. in biomedical engineering, physics, biophysics, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, or biology
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Proven research track record through academic publications or patent filings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
