Research Associate, Content Library

Responsibilities

• Perform desktop research on industries and businesses in the Pan-Asia region to identify relevant C-level executives and industry practitioners.
• Engage and invite identified experts to participate in moderated research interviews.
• Assess the relevance of expert insights and ensure participant fees remain within budget.
• Build and maintain a professional network by monitoring relevant markets and companies.
• Collaborate with internal Sector Analysts to source industry experts for specific research projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, metric-oriented environment to meet monthly interview targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1-2 years of experience in equity research, investment research, or industry research roles.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to confidently interact with senior executives via phone.
• Proven ability to conduct effective desktop and phone-based research.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with a proactive approach to meeting KPIs.

• A genuine interest in financial markets and the alternative investments space.
• Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
