Research Associate, Compounding Process Lab

Responsibilities

• Ensure lab operations comply with site HSE and 5S standards
• Operate compounding lines and molding machines proficiently according to production plans
• Conduct pre-startup equipment inspections to ensure component functionality and correct parameter settings
• Control and adjust key process parameters such as temperature and speed to guarantee product consistency
• Accurately record production data and document any abnormal conditions
• Manage warehouse activities, including raw material handling and sample shipping
• Perform daily maintenance on laboratory equipment

Requirements

• College degree or above, preferably majoring in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Polymer Material Science
• Experience in compounding, molding, or a similar technical role
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of extruders and auxiliary equipment
• Understanding of polymer processing technology principles
• Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills
