Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical work to establish when conditional promotions outperform traditional promotions
• Perform simulations to understand the benefits of conditional promotions
• Assist in drafting research papers for journal submission
• Support grant submissions to secure further research funding
• Perform data analysis and other research-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of prior research experience
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Operations Management or a related field
• Previous research experience specifically involving theoretical models of conditional promotions
