About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-throughput bioassay testing and cell-based ELISA assays to support Technical Development programs
  • Culture and maintain mammalian cell lines using aseptic technique to ensure optimal health and viability
  • Perform transfections, prepare assay plates, and execute multi-day workflows for development and stability testing
  • Conduct serial dilutions, reagent preparation, and sample handling with high precision
  • Operate laboratory equipment including plate readers, plate washers, incubators, and biosafety cabinets
  • Acquire, review, and document assay data using established analysis tools and electronic laboratory notebooks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting and method transfers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of laboratory experience in cell culture or bioassays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous industry experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting
  • Hands-on experience with cell-based ELISA, IVRPE, or potency assays
  • Experience working with adherent mammalian cell lines and multichannel pipetting
  • Familiarity with plate reader software and routine data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex, detailed procedures consistently
