About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical chemistry research and experiments to develop assays based on new and existing methodologies
- Assist in developing and validating oligonucleotide and enzyme testing methodologies for raw materials, intermediates, and final products
- Evaluate and optimize test methods, new antibodies, enzymes, and reagents
- Establish, validate, and document new or existing compound identification methods
- Conduct testing of analytical samples in support of Process Development
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Write and review product instructions for use, protocols, and technical reports in compliance with Quality Management Systems and Good Laboratory Practices
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and provide technical support to customers and co-workers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of cGMP compliance and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Experience in analytical chemistry research and methodology validation
