About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical chemistry research and experiments to develop assays based on new and existing methodologies
  • Assist in developing and validating oligonucleotide and enzyme testing methodologies for raw materials, intermediates, and final products
  • Evaluate and optimize test methods, new antibodies, enzymes, and reagents
  • Establish, validate, and document new or existing compound identification methods
  • Conduct testing of analytical samples in support of Process Development
  • Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Write and review product instructions for use, protocols, and technical reports in compliance with Quality Management Systems and Good Laboratory Practices
  • Maintain laboratory notebooks and provide technical support to customers and co-workers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP compliance and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
  • Experience in analytical chemistry research and methodology validation
