About the role
Responsibilities
- Support an NIH-funded project investigating the regulation of non-muscle myosin II
- Work with Drosophila tissue culture cells and various Drosophila fly lines
- Collaborate effectively as part of a research team
- Contribute to the publication of scientific papers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong scientific writing and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with culturing cells
- Knowledge of fly genetics and husbandry
- Experience with microscopy, biochemistry, or molecular biology
