Research Assistant II

Responsibilities

• Assist with systematic and targeted literature reviews, indirect treatment comparison feasibility assessments, and landscape/gap assessments
• Prepare research protocols and define research questions for registration (e.g., PROSPERO)
• Develop inclusion/exclusion criteria within the PICOS framework
• Conduct screening of abstracts and full-text articles using DistillerSR or other internal tools
• Create PRISMA flow diagrams and perform article data abstraction and validation
• Conduct study quality and risk of bias assessments
• Develop draft publications including manuscripts, abstracts, and posters
• Lead and guide colleagues on literature review and feasibility assessment processes
• Support the development of best practices, SOPs, and peer training

Requirements

• BSc or comparable degree in a medically-related field (e.g., biology, pharmacology, biochemistry, or epidemiology)
• At least 1.5 years of experience conducting systematic or structured literature reviews
• Technical competency in EndNote and DistillerSR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex literature
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
