Research Assistant

Responsibilities

• Process human samples for immunological assays, cell culture, and molecular biology techniques
• Participate in cutting-edge research within a dynamic immunology laboratory
• Optimize experimental protocols and assist with general laboratory duties
• Manage supply inventory and update records for sample repositories
• Help train new laboratory members in established protocols
• Work independently and maintain high levels of organization while handling human samples

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1.5 years of related experience (or equivalent in education and training)
• Knowledge of various laboratory procedures and techniques
• Ability to work with human samples in a laboratory setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of molecular biology or immunology from coursework or research experience
