About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct research activities following study protocols and institutional regulations to safeguard participant confidentiality
- Assist with in-person participant visits and administer study questionnaires
- Provide support for both virtual and in-person intervention sessions
- Deliver weekly updates regarding participant recruitment and progress
- Assist with database design, security, data storage, and management
- Support progress reports, data entry, and IRB protocol modifications or submissions
Requirements
- Entry-level degree in Nursing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic data capture systems
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a diverse research environment
- Flexibility in workload and work hours, including potential evening hours, to meet recruitment goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing with experience in psychiatric nursing or primary care
- Previous experience in research or health education
- Experience conducting research involving minoritized populations
