Research Assistant

Responsibilities

• Conduct research activities following study protocols and institutional regulations to safeguard participant confidentiality
• Assist with in-person participant visits and administer study questionnaires
• Provide support for both virtual and in-person intervention sessions
• Deliver weekly updates regarding participant recruitment and progress
• Assist with database design, security, data storage, and management
• Support progress reports, data entry, and IRB protocol modifications or submissions

Requirements

• Entry-level degree in Nursing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic data capture systems
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a diverse research environment
• Flexibility in workload and work hours, including potential evening hours, to meet recruitment goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with experience in psychiatric nursing or primary care
• Previous experience in research or health education
• Experience conducting research involving minoritized populations
