About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of robotics research projects, including experiment design and data analysis
- Conduct independent research on state-of-the-art robotics foundation models such as VLAs and world models
- Work with robotics software (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, simulators) and hardware (e.g., Franka Panda arm)
- Follow research plans to collect, record, and manipulate research data while maintaining detailed records
- Perform basic data analysis to produce reports and document results and processes
- Test software prototypes and perform library research or field explorations
- Communicate research findings clearly to the team
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Experience with data entry and record management
- Previous research experience
