Research and Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and analyze documents for production in response to FOIA, Privacy Act, and Congressional inquiries
• Ensure searches cover the entire scope of the request
• Reduce or eliminate duplicate records and documents
• Document details of queries and searches performed
• Submit requests to the scanning team for necessary research documents
• Assist with training newly hired search team members
• Collaborate with supervisory client POCs to improve processes and workflows

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience searching or querying databases
• Active Security Clearance
• Experience with data calls and quick reaction tasks
• Ability to work an eight-hour shift between 6:00AM - 6:00PM, Monday-Friday
• Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 3 years experience) or Master's degree (equivalent to 4 years experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant work experience in the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Significant prior customer knowledge and relatable experience in research operations
