Research and Development Internship

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature, patent, and product reviews to support innovation
• Perform experimental work focused on formulation optimization
• Develop methods for accelerated shelf-life studies
• Characterize products to provide sensory-related advice
• Design recipes and develop ingredients aligned with market trends
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on various R&D projects
• Support communication strategies by providing scientific evidence
• Participate in agile project management and regular team meetings
• Gain hands-on experience in product formulation and processing
• Contribute to key innovation and sustainability projects

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program (3rd or 4th year)
• Major in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Physics, or Material Science
• Available for 5 to 6 months starting August-September 2026
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong skills in literature research, experimental design, and data analysis
• Ability to work independently in a laboratory environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
