Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• Document and organize databases related to projects, portfolios, and workloads
• Develop tracking tools such as reports and dashboards to facilitate information analysis
• Map and standardize key processes to improve area operations
• Identify opportunities for improvement in information quality, control, and traceability
• Manage and track indicators related to vacancies, talent, and internal processes
• Support the updating and validation of information in internal systems and databases

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Experience analyzing information and managing databases
• Experience documenting processes and tracking operational or talent indicators
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong data analysis skills
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Excellent written communication skills
