Research Analyst - Small Caps

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of key companies and their respective sectors
• Maintain all stock and industry models through rigorous financial modelling and forecasting
• Prepare high-quality research reports, write thematic sector pieces, and develop actionable investment ideas
• Establish and maintain regular communication with company management teams, industry experts, and clients
• Engage in financial statement analysis and industry data evaluation
• Participate in client marketing activities and interact with internal sales teams

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Equity Research, ideally with coverage of emerging companies
• Proven ability to critically review and analyse complex industry data
• Strong competency in financial modelling, investment research, and financial statement analysis
• Highly analytical, organized, and able to multitask under tight time frames
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present investment recommendations persuasively
