Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support business initiatives and strategic projects
• Gather, organize, validate, and maintain large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and research summaries for stakeholders
• Support content management activities, including data tracking and documentation
• Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations based on research findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business questions and research requirements
• Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in research, project management, business analysis, or related fields
• Experience managing projects and working with large volumes of data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or analytics environments
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Oracle databases
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and business processes quickly
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
