Research Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resource development projects
• Provide research support and conduct literature reviews
• Perform needs assessments and recruit study participants
• Assist in writing research proposals and drafting program reports
• Conduct statistical analysis using Excel
• Coordinate projects and maintain statistics for the smoking cessation program
• Perform data entry, content review, editing, and quality audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Health or Science-Related Discipline
• Minimum 1-year related experience in a health-related field
• Familiarity with health behaviour theories, health literacy, and plain language
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Clinical Research Professional
