Research Analyst - Global Growth Equity

Responsibilities

• Assist lead portfolio managers with research activities on US and Global equities to support client mandates
• Identify and assess new and existing investment opportunities using fundamental bottom-up and top-down analysis
• Help implement and manage investment strategies, support product workflows, and monitor performance and risks
• Communicate portfolio performance and positioning effectively to key stakeholders
• Coordinate research efforts with internal teams and support the improvement of proprietary portfolio management systems

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of relevant experience in US equity research, equity portfolio management, or a related role
• Strong fundamental analysis skills with a focus on bottom-up company research and top-down market research
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, FactSet, MS Office, and various AI tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a focus on technology or industrials-oriented sectors
• Familiarity with integrating alternative data sets into the research process
• CFA certification or currently studying toward CFA designation
