Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret real estate trends for office and industrial markets to support business development and client needs
• Compile research findings into narratives, graphics, and data summaries for internal stakeholders including Brokers and Property Managers
• Maintain and update proprietary and third-party commercial real estate databases to ensure data accuracy
• Create quarterly market reports featuring written analysis, statistics, and visual data representations
• Interface with national research resources to produce standardized and customized client reports
• Develop spreadsheets to generate graphs, tables, and written recommendations for the Director of Research

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an industry-related field
• 1+ years of experience in real estate research or a related business field
• Proven experience in data entry and data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong data software application skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (primary language of work)
• Proficiency in English for communicating with international partners and reviewing documentation
