About the role
Responsibilities
- Collate and organize data to generate various reports for academic planning and enrollment monitoring
- Provide administrative and project support for academic HR processes, including faculty appointments, tenure, and promotion
- Execute assigned tasks according to production schedules and project plans
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior academic administrators
- Proofread and fact-check content related to academic policy and curriculum
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Resolve issues within the scope of the role and escalate problems as required
- Serve as a resource to others by providing non-supervisory job-related guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of related experience in an administrative or educational environment
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to analyze data
- Experience interpreting and applying academic policies, procedures, and regulations
- Experience supporting academic human resources processes (e.g., faculty appointments, leaves, or complement planning)
- Experience supporting academic planning, curriculum, or institutional policy review processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint
