Requisition to Pay Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Requisition to Pay (RTP) Team’s operational performance and ensure service delivery in accordance with SLAs/KPIs
• Drive operational excellence in Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable, Payments, and Month-End Close
• Implement global standard processes and identify process improvement projects
• Supervise daily team activities, including workload distribution and HR matters like training and performance evaluations
• Prepare operational KPIs and performance reports for stakeholders
• Serve as the point of contact for issue escalation within the RTP process

Requirements

• Degree in Finance and Accountancy
• 8 to 10 years of experience in the RTP function
• Deep understanding of end-to-end RTP processes
• Experience in shared service migration and operating environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Intermediate level MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of Oracle Business Suite is a plus
