About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Requisition to Pay (Accounts Payable) Team’s operational performance and ensure service delivery in accordance with SLAs/KPIs
- Drive operational excellence in AP processing, payments, month-end close, and vendor queries
- Implement global standard processes and identify process improvement projects
- Lead and supervise the GBS Requisition to Pay team, including workload distribution and HR matters
- Prepare operational KPIs and performance reports for stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with country affiliates and Global Process Owners
Requirements
- Degree in Finance and Accountancy
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Requisition to Pay (Accounts Payable) function
- Experience in shared service migration and operating environments
- Strong focus on analysis and reporting
- Intermediate level MS Excel skills
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Requisition to Pay processes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Oracle Business Suite
