Requirements Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain requirements in DOORS, ensuring complete traceability across program deliverables
• Receive, review, and upload requirements, specifications, and technical data into government systems
• Develop and maintain relationships and traceability between DOORS, ENOVIA, and Cameo Models
• Support multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), including avionics, air vehicle, sensors, and weapons
• Coordinate technical reviews with government stakeholders and contractors
• Produce and review technical documentation including Interface Control Documents (ICDs), specifications, and test procedures
• Perform requirements traceability analysis and support system validation efforts
• Maintain configuration control of requirements artifacts
• Provide guidance and training on requirements management best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or requirements management
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Proficiency with DOORS for requirements traceability
• Experience with requirements management in a DoD or NAVAIR environment
• Experience supporting Program Offices or IPTs through the acquisition lifecycle
• Ability to analyze and manage complex technical requirements
• Active Secret security clearance
• US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler (MBSE)
• Familiarity with ENOVIA or similar configuration/PLM tools
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
• Prior experience supporting PMA programs or Navy aviation platforms
• Exposure to system test documentation, validation, or verification processes
