About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth and enterprise engagement for Raytheon's subsidiary in Abu Dhabi
  • Lead a team of Customer Account Managers to build new relationships and drive pipeline growth
  • Support international business development by identifying key markets and creating growth initiatives
  • Facilitate and grow strategic relationships between RTX and in-country customers, stakeholders, and partners
  • Provide situational awareness and integrated guidance on messaging and strategy to RTX senior leaders
  • Ensure an integrated approach across all in-country pursuits to maximize enterprise growth
  • Manage customer insights, market opportunity identification, and coordination of key pursuits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with 14 years of leadership in Defense Sales Business Development (or an Advanced Degree with 12 years of experience)
  • Fluent command of the Arabic language
  • Deep understanding of the regional defense industrial base, geopolitical environment, and cultural norms
  • Extensive experience with international contracts, including FMS and DCS
  • Detailed knowledge of international business compliance, specifically FCPA and ITAR
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated solutions and cross-selling strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct knowledge of UAE customers, including relationships with senior military leaders and U.S. Embassy teams
  • Broad understanding of Raytheon Technologies’ product portfolio, technologies, and services
  • Experience with IPDS, ERPM, and NBI processes
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and program management within a geographically dispersed environment
