Requirements Analyst/Requirements Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive requirement management in one or more projects with IT impact
• Conduct requirement elicitation and facilitate workshops
• Coordinate requirement activities with project teams
• Report progress of requirement work to program/project managers
• Formulate requirements for agile development
• Document workflows and processes during IT changes

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• University degree (120-180 hp) in Information Systems, Informatics, or Engineering (Electrical or Data)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst in IT projects (functional and non-functional requirements)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with requirement tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Minimum 3 years of experience in complex business projects involving IT and system development
• Minimum 3 years of experience documenting workflows and processes (e.g., Astrakan method)
• IREB or REQB certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in requirement specification for public sector procurement
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst in IT projects
