Requirement Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze requirement sources including clients, standards, and internal frameworks
• Coordinate responsibilities between Requirement Managers, business leads, and document authors
• Manage data imports and exports within DOORS
• Ensure consistency and compatibility of data across various project tools
• Synchronize requirements between different repositories and correct data inconsistencies
• Guarantee the integrity and quality of requirement modules
• Support project teams with traceability activities and methodological support
• Produce project reporting and associated dashboards
• Automate data exchanges between document management and requirement management systems
• Contribute to the evolution of Requirement Management methods and tools

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Experience in systems engineering, requirement management, or technical repository management
• Solid knowledge of Requirement Management processes
• Experience with V-cycle projects
• Mastery of traceability and configuration management principles
• Ability to manipulate large volumes of technical data
• Proficiency with DOORS, PDM, ACOMIS, DOC4A, or ASL module is a plus
