Requirement Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Requirements Management process within the assigned scope
• Establish traceability for technical compliance, focusing on contract execution and client requirements
• Support the implementation of tools and provide guidance to process users, such as Systems Engineers
• Monitor the status of requirements, including allocation, coverage, and subsystem acceptance
• Manage requirement configurations and report coverage status to project management
• Liaise with clients and consortiums using the DOORS tool
• Support consistency and change impact analysis in coordination with System Engineering and Configuration Managers
• Identify inconsistencies between technical requirements and project plans or design results
• Provide regular updates and reports regarding contract requirement compliance to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in project management or a strong background in document control
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to propose improvements to industrialize or automate activities through new tools or ways of working
