Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex automobile accident claims involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate with customers and attorneys via voice calls, email, and text messages
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all claim activities within the claims system
• Utilize innovative platforms and tools to evaluate claims and reach fair injury settlements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bodily injury claim evaluations and negotiation
• Proficient communication skills, particularly over the phone, to establish rapport
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Dedicated, private home office workspace free from distractions
• Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling represented bodily injury claims
• Texas casualty claim handling experience
