Representative Urology/CNS

Responsibilities

• Analyze business potential, resources, and results within the assigned territory
• Monitor patient flow based on specific indications within each institution
• Plan and implement value-added solutions and projects based on customer insights
• Manage resources and time effectively to meet business objectives
• Execute high-level detailing, targeting, and segmentation for key institutions and customers
• Develop business plans to include key stakeholders and manage customer relationships
• Proactively acquire and deepen knowledge regarding medical trends and competition
• Actively participate in developing new ideas and systems for business model improvement

Requirements

• University degree from a recognized undergraduate program
• Product Promotion Representative (ÜTT) certificate
• B class driver's license
• Fluency in Turkish
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical proficiency
• Excellent communication, planning, and segmentation skills
• Experience in Urology, Psychiatry, or Gynecology is preferred
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
