Representative, Contracts

Responsibilities

• Assist Contracts Administrators and legal team members with drafting, reviewing, and processing JCT/NEC contracts and related documents.
• Review and draft scopes of work and compile contract documents for internal and external approvals.
• Prepare contract documents for facility construction, A&E design, and consultant services.
• Verify insurance coverage and other compliance matters.
• Maintain contract electronic files, document control, and file retention.
• Support legal, sourcing, and project teams with bidder pre-qualification and confidentiality agreements.
• Prepare and issue close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Excellent contract writing skills.
• Submission of a writing sample is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction contracts.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contract frameworks.
