Representative, Contracts

Responsibilities

• Review and draft scopes of work and related contract documents for facility construction, A&E design, and consultant services.
• Process JCT and NEC contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational and project teams.
• Compile and route contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution.
• Verify insurance coverage and other compliance matters.
• Maintain contract electronic files, document control, and file retention.
• Assist legal, sourcing, and project teams with bidder pre-qualification and securing confidentiality agreements.
• Prepare and issue close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent contract writing skills.
• A writing sample is required as part of the application.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts is desired.
• Experience in construction contracting or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
