Responsibilities

• Drive demand for assigned pharmaceutical products through high-level scientific medical visits to primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare institutions.
• Ensure product availability by collaborating with pharmacies, distributors, and monitoring stock levels across national and regional chains.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Analyze market data (DDD, Close-Up, inventories) to develop and execute efficient territorial strategies and tactics.
• Meet sales objectives and productivity metrics, including medical visit frequency and market share growth.
• Coordinate with marketing, medical, and commercial teams to capitalize on market synergies and execute promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business administration, or marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• High availability for travel and ability to work 100% in the field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced technical sales skills and a strong scientific aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Experience managing relationships with government institutions and private hospital networks.
