Responsibilities

• Generate demand for assigned products through high-level scientific medical visits to primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare institutions.
• Ensure product availability by collaborating with pharmacies, distributors, and key accounts to monitor stock and distribution.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Analyze market data (DDD, Close-Up, inventories) to develop and execute efficient territory strategies and tactical plans.
• Execute marketing activities and manage resources (medical samples, promotional materials) ethically and in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, medical, and commercial teams to capitalize on market synergies and achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• High availability for travel and field-based work.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced technical sales skills and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Proven experience in territory management and market analysis.
