Representante Médico

Responsibilities

• Drive product demand through high-level scientific medical visits to primary care physicians, specialists, government institutions, and private hospitals.
• Ensure product availability by visiting pharmacies and monitoring distribution across national and regional chains.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, and hospital residents.
• Analyze market data (DDD, Close-Up, inventories) to develop and execute efficient territorial strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, and commercial teams to capitalize on market synergies and achieve sales objectives.
• Manage resources such as medical samples and promotional materials ethically and in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• High availability for travel and field-based work.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced technical sales skills and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

• English language skills.
• Proven experience in territory management and market analysis.
