Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales quotas and KPIs through demand generation and product promotion.
• Execute demand generation activities using approved promotional materials tailored to key clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio, sales messaging, and competitive advantages.
• Manage the assigned territory effectively using Salesforce.com, focusing on segmentation and visit frequency.
• Implement medical education programs regarding products and therapies for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to develop key opinion leaders and experts in relevant therapies.
• Develop new clients and increase therapy utilization within existing accounts.
• Partner with Key Account Managers (KAEs) to identify sales opportunities and ensure demand leads to closed sales.
• Participate in technical and clinical aspects of the bidding process, including market studies and clarification meetings.
• Ensure the correct use of products and equipment to maximize productivity and propose improvement plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of sales experience within the hospital industry.
• Experience working with patients requiring critical care.
• Proven experience in hospital contract management.
• Experience in the sale and promotion of healthcare products and services.
• Full availability for travel and flexible working hours.
