Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via telephone to provide efficient customer service regarding Dynamic Funds' products and services
• Collaborate with team members and act as a liaison between clients and other centers of excellence
• Analyze accounts, determine appropriate follow-ups, and address client needs
• Meet or exceed daily qualitative and quantitative performance standards in an inbound call center environment
• Maintain familiarity with departmental policies, procedures, and centers of excellence
• Participate in special projects as required

Requirements

• Bilingualism in French and English is required to interact with clients and Toronto-based teams
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry databases
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to change

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in finance or a related field
• CSC or IFIC certification
