About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial plan within the assigned zone, focusing on private and official schools for preschool, primary, and secondary levels.
- Execute client visit plans to analyze sales opportunities and develop strategies for institutional coverage.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, sampling, and closing, while applying the company's sales model.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly planning and data entry using the NEXUS tool and registration sheets.
- Perform inventory management of samples and report results to Sales Supervision and Management.
- Analyze zone growth potential, project sales, and identify key schools for personalized strategic plans.
- Provide support and training to booksellers and distributors regarding new projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma, technical degree, or partially completed university degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales and face-to-face sales.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management, strategic thinking, and process administration skills.
- English language skills (desirable).
