Representante de Punto de Venta

Responsibilities

• Manage product orders based on replenishment needs and ensure correct inventory levels at the point of sale.
• Execute planograms, product displays, and promotional activities in supermarkets and self-service stores.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal employees and external customers.
• Monitor and report competitor activities and maintain company cold assets.
• Implement communication materials and execute product rotation and evacuation plans.
• Handle product sales, including specific requests such as selection and cutting of portions.
• Ensure assigned routes and scheduled point-of-sale visits are completed.
• Comply with road safety regulations and report any incidents during work travel.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school diploma (Bachillerato completo).
• Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty.
• Ability to travel within the city.
• Physical ability to lift up to 12.5kg (women) or 25kg (men).
• Ability to work in cold environments (down to -24 degrees Celsius).
• Availability for rotating shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, or chemicals using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in consumer goods (consumo masivo) or customer service.
• Previous experience working with manual inventory systems.
