About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct customer service to Cablebus users, offering immediate solutions to incidents.
  • Follow up on reported issues through analysis within a 48-hour period.
  • Capture and register information in Excel based on manually completed incident forms.
  • Organize and store physical and digital files in their corresponding folders.
  • Manage basic PC tasks and office tools, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Rotate periodically between morning and afternoon shifts, as well as different work modules.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Bachillerato).
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Must reside within 30 minutes of Cablebus Line 2 (near Metro Constitución de 1917 or Metro Santa Martha).
