Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as an ambassador for Scotia iTRADE
• Respond to client inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, providing specialized knowledge on accounts, trading, and financial products
• Resolve client issues with discretion and take ownership of the customer experience
• Provide personalized solutions by identifying value-added products and services
• Contribute to team success by adhering to all policies, procedures, and performance objectives

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of investment products and securities settlement procedures
• Proficiency in both English and French (written and oral)
• Possession of CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and MNC (Conduct and Practices Handbook Course) or IFSE Canada certification
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, to support contact center operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or Financial Planning
• 1–2 years of professional experience in a brokerage or contact center environment
• Previous experience within the banking industry
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Cantonese or Mandarin
