Reports Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Review and edit WSIB, Employer Insurer, and MVA reports to ensure high quality and timely delivery
• Format reports according to specific service level agreements and insurer requirements
• Edit non-medical errors including spelling and grammar while tracking all changes
• Document inconsistencies or omissions and suggest corrections to healthcare professionals
• Ensure report turnaround times are met, typically within one business day
• Review motor vehicle accident insurance documentation (such as OCF-18 and OCF-23) for accuracy and alignment
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders via phone and email to clarify report content
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consensus and consistency in assessments

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience reviewing and editing Auto Independent Examination reports
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage workflow and deadlines
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and deductive reasoning skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare professional designation
