About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and edit WSIB, Employer Insurer, and MVA reports to ensure high quality and timely delivery
- Format reports according to specific service level agreements and insurer requirements
- Edit non-medical errors including spelling and grammar while tracking all changes
- Document inconsistencies or omissions and suggest corrections to healthcare professionals
- Ensure report turnaround times are met, typically within one business day
- Review motor vehicle accident insurance documentation (such as OCF-18 and OCF-23) for accuracy and alignment
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders via phone and email to clarify report content
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consensus and consistency in assessments
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience reviewing and editing Auto Independent Examination reports
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage workflow and deadlines
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and deductive reasoning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and clients
