About the role
Responsibilities
- Support claims utilization and benchmarking report requirements for APAC countries
- Perform data validation and processing using agreed tools and standards
- Manage processes, projects, and transactions
- Collect, validate, and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data
- Support benefit audit processes
- Facilitate interactions between clients, WTW, and insurance vendors
- Maintain accurate time records and meet productivity goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business
- Open to fresh graduates
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data entry, validation, and manipulation
- Ability to work shift hours
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in benefits or insurance administration
- Knowledge of health and group benefits
