About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting packages for international subsidiaries.
- Perform deep-dive variance and trend analysis into international P&L accounts, including currency exchange and regional tax implications.
- Design and implement standardized reporting workflows to support global expansion.
- Ensure all reports adhere to US GAAP and local statutory requirements through regular data audits.
- Create high-impact data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel for executive leadership.
- Act as a liaison between the Dallas accounting hub and regional teams in EMEA and APAC to harmonize data collection.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally within a high-growth Technology or SaaS environment.
- 2-4 years of experience specifically in a reporting or financial analyst role.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including proficiency with Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools.
- Willingness to work the night shift (8am - 5pm PST).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using QuickBooks.
- Solid understanding of the accounting cycle and multi-currency consolidations.
- Exposure to international tax concepts.
- A growth mindset with a focus on automating manual tasks and finding scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills for presenting data to multiple levels of an organization.
