About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting packages for international subsidiaries.
  • Perform deep-dive variance and trend analysis into international P&L accounts, including currency exchange and regional tax implications.
  • Design and implement standardized reporting workflows to support global expansion.
  • Ensure all reports adhere to US GAAP and local statutory requirements through regular data audits.
  • Create high-impact data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel for executive leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between the Dallas accounting hub and regional teams in EMEA and APAC to harmonize data collection.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally within a high-growth Technology or SaaS environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience specifically in a reporting or financial analyst role.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including proficiency with Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
  • Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools.
  • Willingness to work the night shift (8am - 5pm PST).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using QuickBooks.
  • Solid understanding of the accounting cycle and multi-currency consolidations.
  • Exposure to international tax concepts.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on automating manual tasks and finding scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting data to multiple levels of an organization.
