Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Produce error-free electronic deliverable data reports using EDDGE, Excel, and Adobe platforms
• Organize preparation and analytical data
• Track workload due dates to ensure timely delivery
• Interact with lab staff and project managers regarding data and reporting requirements
• Answer phones and greet clients professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of college-level math classes
• Completion of college-level chemistry courses
