About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce schematic drawings for legionella risk assessment reports using AutoCAD
- Undertake typing tasks, specifically legionella risk assessments
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for site work completion and reporting
- Assist with administrative tasks including preparing quotations and checking delivery dockets
- Authorise invoices for payment and book site visits for field staff
- Arrange accommodation and transport for field-based staff
- Log information from staff timesheets and perform general administrative duties
Requirements
- Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in administration and typing environments
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of water hygiene or legionella control
- Experience using AutoCAD
