About the role
Responsibilities
- Collate, review and report borehole project data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare, coordinate and distribute project documentation and reports
- Maintain accurate customer and project records
- Enter and manage data within relevant systems, including LIMS
- Review data against historical records and client requirements for quality assurance
- Support sample receipt, dispatch and tracking activities
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to support operational requirements
- Assist with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Experience within the coal industry, preferably in a laboratory, exploration or technical environment
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for client and internal team interaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with LIMS or database systems is desirable
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
