About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collate, review and report borehole project data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare, coordinate and distribute project documentation and reports
  • Maintain accurate customer and project records
  • Enter and manage data within relevant systems, including LIMS
  • Review data against historical records and client requirements for quality assurance
  • Support sample receipt, dispatch and tracking activities
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to support operational requirements
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

  • Experience within the coal industry, preferably in a laboratory, exploration or technical environment
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills for client and internal team interaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with LIMS or database systems is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
