Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and publish monthly dashboards and reports for all sub-programmes within the reporting system.
• Operate and continuously improve reporting systems to ensure data is accurate, timely, and actionable.
• Provide clear, insightful, and tailored reporting to senior stakeholders to enable evidence-based decisions.
• Work across cross-functional teams to embed best practices in data visualisation, analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor reporting trends and hotspots to enable proactive intervention and preventative management.
• Ensure all delivered reporting is fact-based, aligning stakeholders to a single source of truth.
• Identify unreported risks and issues by filtering through reporting noise to find important signals.

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain an Australian Baseline Security Clearance, or UK Citizenship with current UK Security clearance.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering reporting and insights for large, complex programmes or portfolios.
• Strong capability in performance measurement frameworks, reporting hierarchies, and governance reporting.
• Advanced data analysis and visualisation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Demonstrated experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• APM qualification (or equivalent) and experience within P3M environments.
• Substantial experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
• Experience within defence, utilities, water, or other highly regulated industries.
• Background in data quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
