About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and publish monthly dashboards and reports for all sub-programmes within the reporting system
  • Operate and continuously improve reporting systems to ensure data is accurate, timely, and actionable
  • Provide clear, insightful, and tailored reporting to senior stakeholders to enable evidence-based decisions
  • Work across cross-functional teams to embed best practices in data visualisation, analysis, and reporting
  • Foster a forward-looking approach by identifying reporting trends and hotspots to enable preventative intervention
  • Ensure all delivered reporting is fact-based, aligning stakeholders to a single source of truth
  • Identify unreported risks and issues by filtering through reporting noise to find important signals

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience delivering reporting and insights for large, complex programmes or portfolios
  • Strong capability in performance measurement frameworks, reporting hierarchies, and governance reporting
  • Advanced data analysis and visualisation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • APM qualification (or equivalent) and experience across P3M environments
  • Substantial experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting tools
  • Experience within defence, utilities, water, or other regulated industries
  • Background in data quality management and continuous improvement initiatives
