Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global reporting activities and ensure timely delivery of consolidated statutory and management financial information.
• Oversee the consistent implementation of corporate accounting policies at a global level.
• Optimize management processes by defining, analyzing, and leading reporting-related activities.
• Provide accounting information for global consolidation to support various legal entities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while managing HR-related activities.
• Provide local support to the Legal Department as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial control role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidation processes.
• Solid understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Professional certification in Accounting or Tax.
• Previous experience working within Big 4 Accounting Firms.
