Reporting Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Infrastructure Digital team in Adelaide, driving digital transformation for major infrastructure programs.
• Drive digital solutions and oversee critical client deliveries to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement robust PMO and project controls systems to support data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team, fostering capability in digital infrastructure delivery.
• Provide governance and assurance for system design, architecture, and management.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian citizen with the ability to achieve Baseline clearance, or a British Citizen with current UK Security Clearance.
• Proven experience implementing data reporting and dashboarding solutions.
• Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and data architecture, specifically within the Microsoft Azure data stack.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Extensive experience with Project Controls and PMO systems.
• Proficiency with MS365 Power Platform (Apps, Automate) and database platforms such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Data Factory.
• Familiarity with PMO/contract management systems like Contruent, Primavera P6, or Oracle Aconex.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams and adhering to Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
• Strong background in consulting and stakeholder management.
• Experience with various testing methodologies including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
